Location

In a quieter location away from Perneras main beaches and tucked in between two smaller sandy coves, this is a less commercialised
area that retains the charm of a small sleepy village centred around a pretty little fishing harbour, whilst being only a stones throw from
the bustling main resort. With a couple of restaurants and a supermarket within easy walking distance and the busy Pernera area with its
wider selection of restaurants, shops and bars being only 1.5 kms away.

Indoors

Stairs lead to the first floor where all three bedrooms are located. The master double bedroom features an en-suite shower room and
there is a further double bedroom and a twin bedded room which share the full family bathroom. All beds boast orthopedic mattresses
and each bedroom and the living area are equipped with air conditioning units, which is included in the price. A safe box is also available.
The ground floor is open plan and features a living area furnished with stylish leather sofas, a television (limited satellite channels), DVD
player and CD player. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven & hob, microwave and washing machine. The dining
table comfortably seats 6. A guest cloakroom is located on this floor.

Outdoors

The 7 metre x 3 metre private swimming pool is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas and a
poolside shower. Tucked away to the side of the villa is a wooden table and chairs perfect for outdoor dining utilising the BBQ that has
been provided. A bus service runs regularly to the areas of Protaras and Ayia Napa. Watersports and boat trips are available from the
Golden Coast Hotel Marina.

Cost of Living

Cyprus provides a fairly high, European level standard of living. The annual per capita income is about US 17,000. The overall cost of
living averages about 1/3 to 2/3 of most parts of Europe, Japan or the USA.
A recent international poll showed Cyprus towns to have one of the lowest costs of living within a developed nation.
